Christoffer Relander
Christoffer Relander is a photographer that works mostly with double exposure. I really like the concept of his photos and how the first two look like trees and houses are in the jars. It gives kind of a snow globe effect and looks like a little world inside of a glass jar. I like how the last two you can tell they are the outlines of people but you cant really see their faces because it is filled in with the trees and plants. I also like how all of his photos involve nature.

Photo Series 2
The theme of my photo series is objects that represent my family. Each photo includes items that represents someone in my family. I included a photo for my mom, my dad, my sister, my brother, my 3 dogs, and myself. Corey's first photo series inspired mine this time because I liked the idea of having items representing your family. I chose to only use a few items for each photo and to do them from different angles but closer up. I changed them all into black and white because I felt it unified them better than when they were in color because they are all different items.

Myths, Legends, Fairy Tales
The myth I am going to do is of Poseidon. Poseidon is the god of the sea. He is always seen with a trident. I would need to make a stencil or find a prop to include the trident in the photo. To set up the scene I would have one person holding the stencil of a trident and I would have a blue light on the bottom moving in the shape of waves because he is the god of the sea. I would use a white or yellow light to fill in the trident. I would probably have light coming from straight on onto the person being Poseidon. I would try having a light coming from the back outlining the person as well.
